WE GOT IN!!!!!

Okay...so if you remember about two months ago I mentioned that we were trying to get into these new apartments in town. Well, after much waiting and TONS of extra effort we found out today that we got in!!! I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am. The apartments are ready NOW but we still have to give proper notice to our current landlord. We are hoping that they won't be too strict on the move out date. I would really like to get in and settled before the baby gets here. We have set a tentative date for induction on November 20th or 21st...just depends on how ready I am and if the baby waits that long. If the doctor is worried about him coming before that date then I have to move to Logan somewhere around the first to middle of November. We will hope that this baby follows directions and waits until we say that it is okay to make his appearance. So...there is our happy news for the day. We are just so very excited and blessed! Thanks for all of the support and prayers. We really appreciate it! Keep praying that we can get moved in SOON and that I don't go into labor doing it!!

Three bedrooms, full size stove, dishwasher, garage...HERE WE COME!!! YEAH!!!!!

A lesson in giving...

So...I thought I would share another Noah story! What can I say...that kid makes me laugh! This month in Primary they have been collecting money for Pennies by the Inch for Primary Children's Hospital. The first Sunday they talked about it, Noah brought home his little envelope. He was so excited because he thought that if you put money in the envelope you got to go to WalMart and buy a Star Wars toy. I spent a good portion of that day telling him that the money was sent to the hospital where it could help lots of kids who were hurt or sick. He was still concerned about how to get his clone trooper toy. I told him that if he would give money to help other people Heavenly Father would bless him (not with a clone trooper...which is where his little mind automatically went...). So...that was really the end of that. Then yesterday when we were walking into church a little girl in his Sunbeam class had a bag full of pennies. I mentioned to Noah that we had forgotten to bring his money to put in the jar. He said,"Oh no...I can't give them MY money. My money is for spending!" I reminded him about the blessings he would get for sharing his money. He just said, "Well, maybe I could give them some of your money...OKAY??" Sure...why not!!! Luckily for me, Noah is always thinking of "others". His next question was, "If we give them your money what will you have for spending? Do you have some dollars?" SIGH!!! You gotta love him!

I have been tagged...

So...Jonie tagged me and since I am easily persuaded to do things, here goes...

3 JOYS
1. Nate and my kids
2. Blizzards from Dairy Queen (you don't know how much they mean to you until you live in Wyoming and there are NONE anywhere near you!)
3. Naps...mine or the kids...or both! I love a good nap!

3 FEARS
1. Drowning! I am so afraid that I am going to drown...even in the shower. I just can't bring myself to put my face in the water!
2. Having something happen to one of my children...death, sickness, stitches...you name it!
3. Corn mazes...Nate and I were talking about this on Friday! I have never been to one but something about corn fields is just plain creepy. I haven't even seen a scary movie that involves said corn fields...I just have a natural fear!

3 GOALS
1. Figure out a way to fit four kids into our two bedroom apartment! Any ideas??
2. Take more time to actually enjoy the kids without worrying about what "needs" to be done around the house!
3. Actually lose the baby weight after this new baby gets here...Might be a little harder since I still have to lose the baby weight from the first three too!

3 CURRENT OBSESSIONS/COLLECTIONS
1. Kids...we can't seem to stop getting one every year!
2. Food blogs...I could read them all day! I am not an amazing cook but I look at those recipes and dream that I am! I have found some winning dinners and desserts!
3. Cinnamon rolls...Lately I just NEED cinnamon rolls...lots and lots of cinnamon rolls!

TEN YEARS AGO...
1. I could legally have my first alcoholic beverage (even though I NEVER would)
2. I had just started working at ZCMI...the beginning of my retail nightmare!
3. I was still dating and looking for "the one"!
4. I was still skinny...but thought I was fat...hmmm...
5. I still loved watching Beverly Hills 90210...sad that it went away!

5 THINGS ON TODAY'S TO-DO LIST
1. Change LOTS of diapers...wish Talia would "go" on the potty!
2. Fill milk cups...sounds lame but I swear I could stand at the fridge all day refilling those stupid cups!
3. Laundry
4. Dishes
5. Shower...sometimes I actually have to remind myself to do this! Gross...I know, but I do usually get it done!

5 THINGS I WOULD DO IF I WAS A MILLIONAIRE
1. Pay off all my debt
2. Buy Nate a truck...he really wants a truck!
3. Buy a BIG house...just in case we have more kids!
4. Give my dad lots of money so he could retire...he really deserves a LONG rest from all of his farm labors!
5. Get a tummy tuck...is that vain? Although that involves pain...maybe I will just get Lasik eye surgery instead! I can't even imagine how neat it must be to open your eyes and see clearly!

5 PLACES I HAVE LIVED
1. Grace, Idaho
2. Rexburg, Idaho
3. Logan, Utah
4. NIbley, Utah (I know that is technically the same as Logan, but I haven't really lived in five places...I am so boring!)
5. Evanston, Wyoming

There you have it...the most boring answers in the world! Now it is my turn to tag someone, well actually five someones. So...I tag...Lindsey Jergensen, Brittany Brown Wall, Deena McArthur, Amy Anderson, Eliza Wall. You don't have to do this but I love looking inside other people's lives!

Where does Jesus live?

Here is a taste of the conversations going on this afternoon between Noah and Talia. They had been singing "Jesus wants me for a Sunbeam"...

Talia: (Singing) Jesus wants me for a sunbeam, each day at school, at play, at home, at play...

Talia: Jesus lives at Grandpa's church!

Noah: No! Jesus lives in heaven way up in the clouds.

Talia: NOOOO! Jesus does not live in the sky...He lives at Grandpa's church!!!!

Noah: NOOOOOOO! He doesn't live in Grandpa's church!

Talia: YES HE DO!!! Stop talking to me like that...GO TO YOUR ROOM!!!

I guess technically they are both right! We told Noah that Jesus lives in heaven with Heavenly Father and we also told Talia that the church is the Lord's house. How do you explain that one to a toddler...especially one who KNOWS they are RIGHT!!!

p.s. Can you tell they get sent to their room if they argue with us! It never really stops the back talking but at least they know where to send each other if they feel the need for discipline!
