We took the kids on the Heber Valley Railroad as a Christmas present for Nate and I. It was a snowy weekend and the weather was terrible, but the train ride was so much fun and totally worth all of the money it cost. My whole family was able to come and we made it our family Christmas party. I was so glad that I got to spend that time with all of them. The kids loved it and we did too. They read the Polar Express and sang songs. They gave us hot chocolate and cookies and Santa made a visit on the train and gave the kids a bell. Such a special trip...can't wait to save enough money to ride the train again...maybe in the summer when it isn't so cold.
