Sweet success...

We are toothless!! Noah lost his first tooth! We were getting the car loaded so we could go to Aunt Tiffy's and it just "came out"!!! We decided that it would be easier if the tooth fairy waited until we came home to take the tooth! Noah was so excited to put his tooth under his pillow on Sunday night! He got two dollars and couldn't have been happier!!

Wiggly tooth...

Noah came to me one afternoon and told me about his wiggly tooth. I was sure he was mistaken but he wasn't! He had his first loose tooth. I told him he had to stop growing up so fast but he told me that lots of kids in his class have holes in their mouth so it was okay.

Growing up...

I thought it would be fun to see how much he has grown in the last year. This is the hat they put on him at the hospital when he was born. It just made me giggle! He didn't enjoy it as much as i did!

They say it's' your birthday...

Here are some pictures of Asher's birthday! We made him a monkey cake because the kids said it would be awesome! I think it turned out pretty cute! We had some friends over to celebrate with us since we weren't able to have any family with us! It was so fun to watch him with his cake. I honestly don't think he ate any of it...just the chocolate chip eyes and lots of frosting off of his fingers! Cake was everywhere! It took the better part of an hour to get it all cleaned up!! He was definitely one of our best cake kids! It was a long fun day!

Mr. Jack...

Happy Birthday to my sweet baby!!

Your smile makes every day better!

I can't believe it has been a year since you joined our family! I loved you so much then and I love you even more now! You are such a precious boy and I couldn't imagine my life without you in it! I love to kiss you and cuddle you...you give the best hugs! You are definitely a miracle and I am so glad I get to be your mommy! I love you Asher Jack! Happy birthday baby!

Snow angels and shoveling...

We finally got enough snow to actually make snow angels. The kids were excited to bundle up and head out! They had lots of fun playing in the snow and helping me shovel the sidewalk and driveway. Notice how they help...they just fill it back in for me! It is like job security...always something to shovel!

A little accident...

We bought Talia some new pants in Park City! She has grown so much and all of her pants are at least an two inches too short. I found these pants at A Children's Place for $1.99...a steal!! They were so cute and would match tons of her shirts!! I swear it was meant to be...until...we took the tags off! This is what happened after she wore them for thirty minutes. It really is my fault for leaving her alone in the living room with scissors and paper. Apparently those darn pants got mixed up with the paper and were accidentally "snipped" in three places! AMAZING!!

Sunday at the Rosdahls...

How many men does it take to fix your broken down car??? Four...and a half!! We were able to go to my cousin's daughter's missionary report. It was a great meeting. Afterword we ate some DELICIOUS food, held one ADORABLE baby (who didn't belong to me), and enjoyed spending time with family. We were all loaded up and ready to head for home when the car wouldn't shift into gear. We had a small issue with a dropped fuse and it took all of these men to come to our rescue! Thank heaven for smart mechanically minded help!!

My favorite thing about this picture?? The fact that Noah is only as tall as my cousin's legs! I just find it amusing!

We dropped a fuse somewhere inside the engine and Noah really wanted to help so we sent him under the front of the car to see if it had fallen all the way through. We just wanted to distract him while the big guys were working. Later, I caught him under the middle of the van...he was still "helping" the men! What a kid!!

Annie and Ellie entertained the rest of the troops while we were in the middle of a car repair!! You honestly couldn't buy better babysitter's than these two! I wish they lived closer so we could take advantage of their talent!! The kids just loved them!! Thanks to all the Rosdahl's for the wonderful day!

Question...

Who likes spaghetti???

ME!!!

Trick-or-treat...

Getting ready to go trick-or-treating!

Our purple dragon! Every kid has worn it and I still LOVE it!

We had company for Halloween!! Aunt Paige, Brinkley, and Makenzi came to trick-or-treat in downtown! Here are most of the kids...Brinks was getting her hair done!
My pretty indian girl! She wore this costume for her first Halloween when it was a dress! I thought it looked pretty great as a shirt! We are all about saving money and we didn't spend a dime on costumes this year!!

Noah's Halloween parade...

Noah's school has a Halloween parade every year. I was excited to get to spend some time with him at school. He dressed up like a cowboy and I thought he looked pretty authentic...minus the tennis shoes. No cowboy boots here...we aren't that Wyoming yet! I got to help with his class party after the parade. It was so much fun to see him with his friends at school. He really is a great kid!

Carving the pumpkins...

Tiffiny came and spent a night at our house and Noah really wanted to carve his pumpkin while she was here instead of waiting for family home evening. It was cold and windy so I am sure Nate wasn't too sad to only have to clean out one pumpkin! We had bought a pumpkin carving kit that had the stencils you could use but Noah just wanted a "triangle eyes scary face" pumpkin! I think it turned out great and he was so happy with it!

Take two...

The rest of the kids got to carve their pumpkins the next day. Talia was excited to help Daddy cut out her black cat!

Pretty girl!!

Aidan wasn't too interested in carving his pumpkin so we didn't take anymore pictures of the actual work. Here is the finished product. Aidan was excited to have a spider on his pumpkin.
All lit up!

It was a fun family night in spite of Aidan's screaming! He thought we were going to catch our house on fire! Thanks again to Great Grandma Couch for the pumpkins!
