Two years ago I held one of the sweetest babies in all of the world! Today I cuddled with that baby and remembered that first time! Where did the time go? I can't imagine my life without this little boy in it! He has such a special little spirit and I am so blessed to be his mother! Happy Birthday my Aidan. Mommy loves you!
You know it is really hard to not get any attention on someone elses birthday! So...here are the other big ones on Aidan's special day! Notice Noah's head...he fell on a soup can and dented his head! Crazy!
Aidan was slightly terrified of his candles and he sure tried hard to blow those darn things out! Good thing he has a big sister who is willing to save the day!

Here is my attempt at a fabulous race car cake! We had some difficulties and it literally took all day but he liked it and that is all that matters to me! Oh well...there is a lot of love baked into this cake and you just can't buy that at the store!
Talia picked this dress out for her birthday! She loves it because it twirls really well! We think she looks awfully pretty in it!

This is the hat that went with Asher's blessing outfit! It is definitely too silly looking to wear in public but at home...well...I just think it is really cute! I think he looks like a fancy train engineer! Odd but adorable all at the same time!
Asher is starting to giggle and I have tried and tried to get it on camera! He laughs right up until we push the button and then he just stares blankly at the camera. I think he is hypnotized by the blinking light! Here is the best we could get today! It is still cute enough that the grandmas will enjoy it!
The kids love to blow bubbles! My favorite thing about these videos is Aidan counting! He is so funny! This is pure bliss for this little guy! He would let me blow bubbles all day long!
I splurged and used some of our tax refund to buy myself a little present! I got a swing for Asher! He loves it and it really makes my life easier! I can do dishes, make lunch, or fold laundry all while he swings away! Best money I ever spent on myself!
Great Grandma Couch made all of the kids snow hats for the winter. We had to take a picture of all of the cousins together! It doesn't happen enough! We love these hats!!!
Could he be any cuter? I think not! Asher is such a sweet baby. He has such a gentle little spirit and I am utterly in love with him! My Heavenly Father has blessed me so abundantly and I am so appreciative to Him for a wonderful husband and four fantastic children!
We blessed Asher on February 15, 2009. It was a wonderful day for our family! We were able to have both Nate's and my family there as well as some great friends! Thank you Aunt Ashley for helping me get his blessing outfit and especially thank you to my mom for his beautiful blanket. You will never know how much I will treasure it! Thanks for carrying on such a special tradition! I love you guys! I am so grateful to have such good family members who continue to support Nate and I. We have had many babies in not too many years and everyone still comes and supports us no matter how far they have to travel. We are so grateful to all of you for making this day so special for us and Asher.
This is what happens when you have church at 1:00, no nap, and the big game to watch! They said they were cold after they got out of the tub and before we could get the towels put away they were already asleep!
